2.2 Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
4.1 If an item is received faulty or incorrect, please contact us with clear images or videos.
4.2 We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

5.1 Custom-made or personalised items.
5.2 Pre-orders.
5.3 Sale or discounted items, unless faulty.
6. Refund Method
6.1 Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
